Wholesale Inquiry Terms

1. Wholesale Interest

LEGACY may consider wholesale, retail, distribution, showroom, partnership, or institutional purchasing inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

2. No Automatic Approval

Submitting a wholesale inquiry does not guarantee approval, access to wholesale pricing, credit terms, exclusivity, distribution rights, or supply commitment.

3. Information Required

Wholesale applicants may be asked to provide business name, registered address, resale certificate or tax identification where applicable, website, retail channels, market territory, expected order volume, and relevant business references.

4. Pricing and Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, line sheets, production details, supply terms, and related commercial information are confidential and may not be shared publicly or with third parties without written permission from LEGACY.

5. No Marketplace Resale Without Approval

Wholesale approval does not automatically permit resale on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Vinted, or similar platforms. Marketplace resale requires separate written approval from LEGACY.
