Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Overview
LEGACY ships to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and many international destinations worldwide through third-party fulfillment and carrier partners.
Shipping availability may vary by destination due to carrier availability, customs rules, trade restrictions, sanctions, local law, security restrictions, or operational limits.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During product launches, promotional campaigns, holidays, inventory checks, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed. LEGACY may offer flat-rate shipping, free-shipping thresholds, promotional shipping, or carrier-calculated shipping depending on the destination and order value.

5. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
LEGACY is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. LEGACY is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent. Refunds, where available, may exclude original shipping charges and carrier return fees.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact LEGACY within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, LEGACY is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel orders where shipment is not commercially, legally, or operationally possible. This may include destinations affected by sanctions, carrier restrictions, customs limitations, fraud risk, or unusually high shipping costs.
