The LEGACY name, logo, product names, website content, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, drawings, packaging, labels, slogans, trade dress, and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to Legacy Trendy City LLC.

2. Restricted Use

No LEGACY intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Brand Protection

Unauthorized use of LEGACY brand assets, counterfeit products, misleading resale listings, copied product images, copied website content, or confusingly similar branding may result in enforcement action.
